Dear Wide-Eyed Reader,

Here is a list of a few things Oprah (of course) has taught me:
1) I have learned the essential action of taking responsibility for the energy I bring to any situation or place. This awareness is mine, and mine alone. So far it has proved to be very very powerful; when I smile it is because I want to put that energy out into the world and let me tell you- I can feel the world smiling back.
2) My Purpose- So far I have come up with two reasons for my being here- to applaud and to heal.
3) That, through all of our emotions, there is one common thread- a sense of worthiness/unworthiness. This is just nice too know.

There is so much more, and I could go on for forever. So throughout my blog, I will continue to slowly add and add the things I learn from so many people. I have decided I want this blog to be a multitude of things, but I still need your help to narrow my topics!

Dear Exuberant Reader,

What is this blog going to be about? It is a simple question for some, and for the rest of us, originality is a rare thing to come by. I know what I don't want it to be, a platform for complaints or whines. Hmmm... I was thinking about either weight or a gratitude. Let me know your thoughts and ideas!
